Boulud’s upscale grill will be located above his not-yet-named bar on a travel turn with indoor and outward seating. The bar will offer burgers, charcuterie, sausages, croque monsieurs and a cocktail menu designed by Boulud’s conduct barkeeper Xavier Herit, a story says.
